Praise Assembly – 29.4.22

This week there were 2 ‘Stars of the Week’. Phoebe and Frankie received this award as they both gave up their playtime to help empty plant pots and sweep up leaves.

The Handwriting Certificate was awarded to Mia who has been working hard on her letter formation and presentation in her handwriting book.

The ‘House Point Champion’ this week was awarded to Blake who has been working hard all week but particularly impressed me when writing a story as he chose to write at length.

We also need to say a special congratulations to Koby who completed the ‘Book Quest’ challenge by reading 25 books! Great reading Koby!

Well done to everybody for another super week in Buttercup Class, you should all be super proud of yourselves.

Easter Egg Hunt

After earning all of our Buttercups it was time for our Easter treat. Buttercup Class were left clues by the Easter Bunny to find their eggs. The children worked as a team to read and solve the problems before finding the location of their well earnt treat.

This week the ‘Star of the Week’ was not chosen by me but, by Poppy Catering, and I have to say I completely agree with them. They asked if Blake could have an award as he is always willing to try new things at lunchtime and always has super manners.

The Handwriting Certificate was awarded to Phoebe for having consistently well presented work.

The ‘House Point Champion’ this week was awarded to Ayrton for always being so eager to learn.

Well done to everybody for another super week in Buttercup Class, you should all be super proud of yourselves.
